If you live in the Shadowbrook at Town Center community, you have probably noticed all of the changes. Well if you have not already found out Southern Perfection Painting, Inc. is at it once more. We are helping to make Shadowbrook look like new again.

When asked to bid on a painting and carpentry project at the beginning of the year we did not hesitate. No we did not even blink twice. We were excited to be able to work with everyone on the property again. We worked with them in 2008 on a painting project but this time was a little different. We were requested us to bid on a painting project of 116 townhomes.

Working with the Shadowbrook at Town Center community has been great. Scott, the HOA President is awesome to work with. He is very detailed oriented - a regular standup guy. In addition, the community has worked well with all of our project team on the property and we truly appreciate their help in working with us.

Tip of the Month: August 2010

The year 2010 has one thing going for it: It is not 2009. Many painting contractors took a beating when the economy took a turn for the worst last year. Fortunately, Southern Perfection Painting is still here. Hi Dave. I am trying to breathe some life into some old furniture for my kids' room and I'm having a hard time finding a resource for having the bedroom furniture repainted. Is that something that you do or do you know anyone that you can recommend?

There are two twin beds with headboards and footboards, 2 dressers (one with a mirror), and a nightstand table. I want them painted a glossy and durable bright white. If I don't find someone to help I'm afraid that my husband will
try to do it. Can you help? Thanks!!

As a suggestion we would recommend that you contact a furniture restoration company to take care of the needs previously mentioned. We have suggested a few companies below.
