A Tale of Awesome Makeover
If you live in the Shadowbrook at Town Center community, you have probably noticed all of the changes. Well if you have not already found out Southern Perfection Painting, Inc. is at it once more. We are helping to make Shadowbrook look like new again.
When asked to bid on a painting and carpentry project at the beginning of the year we did not hesitate. No we did not even blink twice. We were excited to be able to work with everyone on the property again. We worked with them in 2008 on a painting project but this time was a little different. We were requested us to bid on a painting project of 116 townhomes.

Working with the Shadowbrook at Town Center community has been great. Scott, the HOA President is awesome to work with. He is very detailed oriented – a regular standup guy. In addition, the community has worked well with all of our project team on the property and we truly appreciate their help in working with us.
